Showcasing my critical command and control systems support experience.

ITX is a Battalion-level exercise that aims to assess the readiness of units and prepares them to respond to conflicts and crises. As a Data System Administrator I configured and managed communication networks to ensure secure and reliable connectivity for all participating units. I assisted the vSAT operators in satellite communication to facilitate secure voice and data transmission. My responsibilities also included creating and managing user accounts, providing technical support for networked devices, and continuously monitoring system performance for any issues. Additionally, I implemented cyber security measures to protect sensitive information on the Secure IP Routing network, documenting configurations and access logs to enhance future training and operations.

During MTX, I rapidly deployed and configured data systems and networks in the field to support immediate communication needs for tactical units. I established mobile and tactical networks using portable equipment and satellite communications , ensuring reliable connectivity in dynamic environments. My role involved real-time troubleshooting of network issues, allowing me to resolve technical challenges on the spot to maintain operational capabilities. I collaborated closely with tactical teams to integrate communication systems into their mission plans, ensuring seamless support for their objectives. Additionally I implemented and monitored cyber security measures to protect sensitive data and communications during live operations, safeguarding the integrity of our mission-critical systems.
